- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1/2 cup Oat Bran
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 4 tablespoons Black Tahini
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- Sesame Seeds for rolling

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except for white sesame seeds) in a bowl, mix well. Using your hands, roll mixture into 14 small balls.
- Roll balls in sesame seeds, roll firmly in hands to press seeds into balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
