- 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup Berry Fruit Low Fat Creamy Yoghurt
- Sugar
- Mixed Berries to serve

- Preheat oven to 200c. Line an oven tray with baking paper/
- Sift 1 1/2 cups self raising flour into a medium bowl. Make a well in the centre, add yoghurt and mix with a knife to form a soft dough.
- Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until mixture comes together and forms a round ball.
- Put dough on a prepared tray and press out to 23 cm round. Brush with water and sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from oven and stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges, to serve.
- Serve topped with mixed fresh berries and a dollop of remaining yoghurt, if desired.
