Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
Mix butter cake mix, coconut and butter, place in 20 cm slice tin and bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread with apples.
Mix sour cream, eggs and caster sugar. Whisk and dab evenly over base.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and return to oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream as a dessert or place in fridge and have as a cold slice.
Recipe Notes
Line the tin and have paper overlapping sides.
Can substitute apples with raspberries.
