  1. Place berries, sugar and lemon juice in the Tupperware Micro Pressure Cooker. Stir to combine. Lock cover.
  2. Cook in microwave on high (100%/ 900 watts) for 11 minutes.
  3. Remove and allow pressure indicator to drop. Unlock cover.
  4. Whisk cornflour and water together, then whisk through berry mixture. Lock cover again and cook for a further 9 minutes.
  5. Pour jam into sterilised jars and allow to cool completely.
Recipe Notes

Notes : Jam with thicken as it cools. For really thick jam add 3 tablespoons cornflour.
