Instructions
Blend the cocoa and water together.
Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
Sift flour and soda, stir into cream mixture with milk. Stir in cocoa mixture. Beat well.
Pour into a greased and lined cake pan of your choice.
Cook in a moderate, 180c, oven for 30-35 minutes.
