Ingredients

Instructions
Process shredded coconut until fine.
Add coconut oil, protein powder and vanilla extract, process until combined well.
Roll into 16 nites and refrigerate until set.
Once the bites are set, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well every 30 seconds until melted.
Using a toothpick, to stab into coconut bite and coat with the dark chocolate.
Pop into the freezer to set.
