Instructions
  1. Peel banana and chop coarsely.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and thick.
  3. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

The 4 oz of Evaporated Non-Fat Milk and the 8 oz of Milk can be substituted with 4 oz of Milk and 8 oz Non-Fat Plain Yoghurt. Many variations are possible using different combinations of fruits, milks and yoghurt’s.
