Flaked Almonds
Apple Chips
Caramel

Butter
Instructions
On a baking tray lined with baking paper. Lay popcorn on the tray and sprinkle with flaked almonds and apple chips.
In a saucepan add apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, glucose syrup and boil over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 stick butter and melt.
Pour over the baking trays of popcorn. Mix together to coat with caramel.
Roll spoonfuls together to make bites sized pieces.
