Instructions
Combine onion, garlic and butter in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir in peanut paste, stock, honey, mustard, curry, cardamon and Tabasco. Add chicken and cook on high for 6 minutes.
Turn and stir and then cook for a further 6 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add another 3 minutes if chicken not done.
Serve with rice.
