Heat oil in saucepan, medium heat for 2 minutes. Brown pork, garlic and onions for 4-5 minutes.
Add potatoes and cider, mix well. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend gravy powder with a little water, mix until smooth. Pour into saucepan and mix well. Bring to the boil stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat, cool slightly.
Place mixture into 4 x 1 cup ramekins and top with a circle of puff pastry. Decorate as desired. Brush with a little egg, pierce a hole in pastry and place in oven.
