Blind Baking Lightly grease quiche or flan dish, and layer with two overlapping pastry sheets. Line the pastry with two thickness of grease-proof paper or foil, cover with loading (uncooked rice or pasta shells) and bake for 10-15 minutes at 190c, remove paper and loading, cool.
