Instructions
Throw cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion and oil in an oven friendly dish and roast in oven.
Once it’s bubbling, but not burnt, take it out and blend it with cheese. Be careful not to blend it while it is still bubbling as it will explode.
Add chilli, salt and cream and stir. Pour onto fresh cooked pasta.
