or 1 cup dried Chickpeas

Plain Flour
Salt and Pepper

for frying
Instructions
Rinse and drain chickpeas and place into a bowl or food processor. Add garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper and flour.
Mash or process chickpeas, ensuring to mix ingredients together. You want the result to be a thick paste.
Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball. Slightly flatten.
Fry in 2 inches of oil until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with hummus, tahini or tzatziki with pita bread and salad greens.
