Butter
or Oil for cooking
Maple Syrup

Instructions
Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.
Heat butter or oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.
Dip each piece of bread in egg mixture and gently place in heated pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with jam and maple syrup.
