Ingredients

Pureed Fruit
(Bananas, Apples, etc)

Honey
1/2
cup
Orange Juice

Self Raising Flour

Oatmeal
1/4

LSA
or any ground Nuts and Seeds
1-2

Milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a bowl. Stir until combined.
The mixture should be thick not watery and you may need to add more milk or flour depending on how much fruit you’ve pureed and placed in there.
Then just divide the mixture into cupcake pans and bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes until the tops start to go light brown.
