Instructions
Boil the quinoa for 20 minutes and fry the onion in oil. Mix both with the egg, cheddar, coriander and parmesan.
Form into 4 balls, coat in breadcrumbs and chill. Meanwhile, place the chilli, water and sugar with the jam.
