  1. Soak satay sticks in cold water for 1/2 hour. Cut each chicken slice into four lengths. Roll each piece of chicken and place 4 pieces on each satay stick.
  2. Brush with beaten egg and water mixture. Coat each satay with combined breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with peanut sauce, combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and heat gently until thoroughly combined and hot.
