Thinly slice 400g lean pork fillet. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned all over. Remove.
Stir-fry 1 chopped brown onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon grated ginger. Add 1 sliced red capsicum, 2 cups broccoli florets, 125g halved baby corn and 1 royal gala apple, cored and cut into wedges. Stir-fry until tender.
Add 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup soy sauce and pork. Stir-fry until heated through. Serve stir-fry with Continental Fried Rice.
