Instructions
Combine oil and infusing ingredient in a small saucepan over low heat.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, be careful to not heat oil high enough that it splatters.
Remove and let cool to room temperature. Strain oil into container and add back the infused ingredient for stronger flavour.
Seal and refrigerate for up to one month.
