Ingredients

Orange Rind

Instructions
Put fruit, sugar and butter in a bowl, pour in boiling water and stir well. Allow to cool down.
Once cooled down, add a well beaten egg and the orange rind. Add the flour and mix until combined.
Cook in a long loaf tin in a moderate, 180c, oven for 45-50 minutes.
