Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Prepare the chicken by placing egg in a low bowl, and the mixed parmesan, panko, basil and salt and pepper mix in another low, wide bowl. Heat the butter in a large, oven safe skillet with the lemon juice and garlic. Dip the chicken in egg, then in the breadcrumbs mixture and place into the pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken to a plate.
