  1. Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolk with the sugar, water and vanilla until light in colour.
  2. Beat the melted butter in very well for about 2 minutes then add the flour and milk. Gently fold in the egg whites making sure it is mixed in well.
  3. Pour mixture into the cake tin.
  4. Place into your slow cooker for abut 3 hours on high.
  5. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
