Preheat oven to 190c. Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth.
Put paper cases in the cupcake tray holes, pour mixture in and put the tray in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool. Once they’ve cooled, coat with some pink icing.
