Bi Carbonate of Soda

teaspoon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs, add vanilla; sift together flour, cream or tarter, soda and salt.
Blend into butter mixture and chill for 1 hour.
Shape into balls and roll into 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
