  1. Rince the rice until the water runs clear. Place into a rice cooker with 600 mls water for 15 minutes at 800 watts.
  2. Add rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar and pour over the rice and let cool to make the rice sticky.
  3. Brush a little oil onto the Tupperware Sushi Plates. Add rice and squash down. Press down the middle to make a divet. Add desired fillings.
  4. Top up with more rice.
  5. Squash down with the top plate and press until some of the rice pops from the holes.
  6. Brush seaweed paper with a bit of oil and wrap sushi, slice and enjoy.

Use any type of filling you wish.

Chicken Thigh, Breast or even left over roast chicken.

Teriyaki Sauce.
