Fresh, tasty ravioli are easy to make at home with this clever shortcut.

Step 1: Lightly brush 1 fresh lasagne pasta sheet with lightly beaten eggwhite.

Step 2: Place 6 to 8 heaped teaspoonfuls of filling mixture in 2 rows on pasta sheet, at 5cm intervals.

Step 3: Place another pasta sheet over the top. Press between filling mounds to seal.

Step 4: Cut ravioli into large squares and press edges firmly to seal.
