Ingredients
- 1 cup Banana mashed
- 1 / 4 cup Golden Syrup
- 3 / 4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs lightly beaten
- 1 / 4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 / 4 cup Milk
- 1 1 / 3 cups Self Raising Flour
- Icing Sugar to decorate

Instructions
- Grease four 10 cm x 18 cm loaf pans. Line base and sides with baking paper. Place pans on two oven trays.
- Combine banana, syrup and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil and milk. Add flour and stir until combined. Divide mixture among prepared pans.
- Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 1 hour, or until cooked when tested, swapping trays halfway through cooking. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
- Dust with sifted icing sugar and decorate with ribbon.
