- 2 Bananas
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 1/4 cups Milk almond milk or cow's milk are both fine
- Pinch Salt
- Bananas Sliced , for serving
- Syrup for serving

Instructions
- Heat griddle to medium heat.
- In a blender, mix banana, egg, peanut butter, oats, baking powder, maple syrup, milk, and salt. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Spray griddle with nonstick spray. Once hot, add 1/4 cup of batter to the griddle and cook, until golden brown and bubbles form all around the edges (about 2 minutes per side).
- Serve with sliced bananas and syrup.
