- 450 grams Beetroot drained
- 400 grams Chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 2 Garlic Cloves rough;y chopped
- 1 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Place the beetroot, chickpeas, garlic, tahini and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and whiz to a coarse paste. With motor still running, slowly add the oil through the feed tube until mixture is thick and smooth.
- Season well, then serve with warmed bread, vegetables or crispbread.
