- 1/2 cup Popcorn will make 5 cups popped popcorn
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 25 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Essence

Instructions
- Pop you popcorn in a pot. Sprinkle with a little salt.
- In a pot bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes the honey, butter and vanilla or until it reaches soft ball stage.
- Pour over popped popcorn and stir through quickly as it will start to set.
- Allow it to sit for about 1/2 and hour to set the caramel otherwise it will be sticky.

This will keep for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
