Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Sweet Biscuit Crumbs 175g
- 125 grams Butter melted
- 500 grams Cream Cheese PHILADELPHIA CARAMILK Flavoured, softened
- 400 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 3 teaspoons Gelatine dissolved in
- ¼ cup Boiling Water
- Caramilk Chocolate shards for decorating, optional

Instructions
- Combine the biscuit crumbs and butter then press into the base and ¾ of the way up the sides of a buttered and lined 20cm round springform pan. Chill.
- Beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and combined. Stir in the gelatine mixture.
- Pour mixture over the prepared base. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
- Decorate as desired and serve.
