- 5 rashers Bacon chopped
- 2 Leeks sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3-4 cloves Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1/2 head Cauliflower
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- tablespoon Cream

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the cream to the bowl of a pressure cooker.
- Put into the microwave for 20 minutes at 90%
- Wait for the pressure to release to drop and take off the lid to cool for a bit.
- The blitz until smooth. Add the cream.
Recipe Notes
I have added a handful or 2 of spinach leaves to the pressure cooker to give is a bit more of a boost.
Tastes delish with smoked bacon rather than normal bacon.
