Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Breast Fillet boneless & skinless, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup Oats Old Fashioned or 5 Minute Oats
- 1/4 teaspoon Parsley dried
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190C
- Please the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Scoop into mincer and grind until all chicken is done.
- Place the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl or on a plate and stir to combine.
- Scoop chicken mix into Tupperware Snack Press with the square attachment and press out into strips.
- Cut strips into small squares using the snack press scraper.
- Gently shape each nugget and press into bread crumbs to evenly coat them.
- Place nuggets on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, flip over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Recipe Notes
To freeze, place nuggets on a sheet and freeze for one hour. Place nuggets in a container or bag and store for up to 3 months in the freezer. When ready to cook, bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees C.
