- 1 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 Banana
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil or butter
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup or Rice Malt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Instructions
- Mash banana. Melt coconut oil or butter and add to banana.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll into bite size balls.
- Either freeze or bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can add chocolate chips, raisins or other little goodies to spice them up if you choose.
