Ingredients
- 2 packets Raspberry Jelly Crystals
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 400 ml Cranberry Juice
- ½ cup Vodka
- ½ Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- Cream Whipped

Instructions
- Empty jelly crystals into a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add cranberry drink, vodka and grand marnier.
- Using half of the jelly mixture, pour evenly into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate. When almost set add raspberries to each glass an d pour over enough mixture to just cover.
- Chill until set.
- To serve, top with a dollop of lightly whipped cream and garnish with a slice of lime.
