Instructions
- Mix together flour, oil, salt and parsley.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time into dough and kneed until smooth.
- Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes.
- Separate dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a ball, and roll out into 1/8 inch thick circles.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add flat bread rounds. Cook for 1 minute on each side until brown spots appear, and cook for another minute on opposite side.
- Serve warm. Optional : brush melted butter on each piece.
