Instructions
  1. Microwave water on high until steaming hot. Add tea bag, steep for 3 minutes and remove. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
  2. Combine berries, banana and milk in a blender until smooth. Add tea mixture.
  3. Blend ingredients on highest setting until smooth. If necessary, add water 1 tbs at a time until you get the desired consistency. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
