- 3 tablespoons Water
- 1 Green Tea
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1 1/2 cups Blueberries frozen
- 1/2 Banana
- 3/4 cup Vanilla Soy Milk

Instructions
- Microwave water on high until steaming hot. Add tea bag, steep for 3 minutes and remove. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
- Combine berries, banana and milk in a blender until smooth. Add tea mixture.
- Blend ingredients on highest setting until smooth. If necessary, add water 1 tbs at a time until you get the desired consistency. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
