Instructions
  1. Dissolve the gelatine with the 8 tablespoons cold water in a bowl and let sit.
  2. In a saucepan on low heat, dissolve sugar with half cup water. Brush down sides of saucepan.
  3. Once dissolved, add gelatine mix and bring to boil.
  4. Take off heat and rest in a bowl until luke warm.
  5. Transfer to your mixer and beat on high for 12-14 minutes until fluffy and white.
  6. Pour into a greased and lined pan, or pip into your own creations.
