Smoky KBBQ Chips
- 1 packet Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Bulgogi Beef
- 1 Rib Eye Steak
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon Ginger minced

Instructions
- Preheat oil to 350 degrees. While the oil is heating up, stack the wonton wrappers and slice horizontally into 2-inch strips. Fry the wontons for 1-2 minutes or until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
- While the wontons are cooling, mix together the sesame seeds, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Toss the chips in the spice mix.
- For the bulgogi beef, slice your ribeye into ½ inch slices. Place the beef into a resealable bag and add in the soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin.
