- 50 ml Gin
- 50 ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 teaspoon Blood Orange Marmalade
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1 drop Vanilla Bean Paste

Instructions
- Add gin and marmalade to cocktail shaker and stir until combined.
- Add the other ingredients and ice then shake until frosty.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with freeze dried pineapple.
