- 2 Carrots finely grated
- 1 Onion finely grated
- 3 Potatoes finely grated
- 300 grams Beef Mince
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- 6 sheets Puff Pastry slightly thawed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200c. Lightly grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal - size squares. Put a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into the centre of each square of pastry.
- Pull one corner of pastry to the other corner to make a pastie shape and pinch the edges together. Place onto baking trays and prick each one with a fork. Brush with a little egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
