- Ice crushed
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Topping
- 200 ml Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
- 4 shots Espresso Coffee cooled
- 2 cups Milk Icy Cold
- 2/3 cup Thickened Cream whipped
- Cocoa Powder to serve

Instructions
- Place crushed ice in 4 chilled serving glasses. Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate topping into each glass.
- Place Bailey's, coffee and milk into a blender and blend until frothy and well combined. Pour carefully into serving glasses over the back of a spoon so that the mixture floats on top of the chocolate.
- To serve, top with a dollop of cream and dust with powdered chocolate.
