- 1 Vanilla Bean sliced and seeded
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Light Cream
- Nutella

Instructions
- Combine the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add milk and cream to the mixture and combine.
- In ramekins add 1 tablespoon of Nutella to the base.
- Pour in custard mixture to all ramekins.
- Place ramekins on a deep baking tray. Half fill with water. Wrap with foil and place into a 110 degrees C Oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with caster sugar and then heat sugar with flame until caramelised.
