- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 Apples large peeled cored and sliced baking
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon White Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Allspice
- pinch Cloves ground
- 2 tablespoons Water Cooled
- ½ teaspoon Cornstarch

Instructions
- While the oven is preheating to 400° place the butter in the casserole dish and place it in the oven.
- In a bowl, toss the apple slices with brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
- Fold the apple slices over the butter and toss to coat.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add the water and cornstarch to the apples and mix to combine.
- Put back the casserole in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve!
