Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut or use more oats if you don't like coconut
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2-3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Soften peanut butter. If not using runny honey then soften that too.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out into balls and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour or keep in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
