- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- Sparkling Mineral Water

Instructions
- In a blender combine yoghurt, coconut milk, pineapple, banana, honey and vanilla.
- Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
- Serve mixed with sparkling water and slice of pineapple.
- Enjoy.
