Ingredients
- 900 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into big chunks
- 150 ml Water
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Oregano Leaves dried
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Ground
- 1/2 Red Onion

Instructions
- Rub the spices into chicken in the pressure cooker. Add water and BBQ sauce.
- Add the chopped red onion.
- Mix all ingredients together nicely.
- Secure and lock the pressure cooker.
- Put in the microwave for 30 mins on 900 watts.
- Once cooked and pressure released take out chicken and use 2 forks to shred meat. Add some of the remaining juices for flavour and to keep the meat moist.
- Serve with coleslaw on rolls.
Recipe Notes
You can also use pork for this recipe, 850 grams pork shoulder, cut into chunks. Take the skin and fat off.
