Ingredients
- 60 grams Butter at room temperature
- 1/3 cup Raw Sugar
- 1 Egg lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup Light Milk
- 3/4 cup Custard Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 1/3 cups Self Raising Flour sifted
- Raspberries sliced Apples or Banana for topping

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan forced. Lightly grease 12 hole muffin pan.
- Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in one egg at a time. Stir in milk and yoghurt.
- Lightly fold in almond meal and flour until just combined. Spoon mixture into muffin pans and top with your favourite fruits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
