Ingredients
- 400 grams Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 head Garlic Cloves
- ¼ cup Olive Oil plus extra, to serve
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Water
- 2 Red Chilli trimmed and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c. Place the chickpeas and garlic on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and roast for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove the garlic cloves from their skins and place in a food processor with the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, chilli and remaining olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle with extra oil to serve.
