- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 2 cups Tasty Cheese Grated
- 350 grams Bacon Pieces chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chicken Stock Powder
- 1 Carrot grated or ¾ cup Pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 1 cup Milk plus extra, for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c. Put all ingredients except the milk in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Add about 1 cup of milk and mix.
- Once dough comes together, knead lightly and pat out to about 3.5 cm high.
- Use a cutter or glass to cut into circles.
- Put scones on greased oven tray, brush tops with extra milk and bake for 20 minutes.
